Simone Parenti

I build the layer around the product: communities, education, feedback loops, creator programmes, agentic workflows, and the systems that turn new users into returning users.

Some things about me

  • At Autodesk, my lane is Growth & Community.
  • Before that, I built customer and creator systems across Google, YouTube, gaming, and B2B SaaS.
  • I have spent 9+ years around Google, YouTube, global gaming studios, B2B SaaS, and now design-and-make software.
  • I built MamaSkin end to end: 17k organic downloads, 100+ reviews, 4.5 global rating, $3k+ MRR, React Native, Expo, Supabase, RevenueCat, OCR, product data, and the unglamorous bits.
  • I like communities when they drive growth and MAU, not just places to collect advocates and posts.
  • I run a TikTok channel for tech careers and product literacy, mostly for people who have never worked in tech.

Some things I believe

AI makes taste more valuable, not less.

Everyone can create a new product nowadays. Fewer people can choose the right problem, write a quick MVP, and ship the useful version.

Distribution is the moat, now more than ever.

If users do not discover, understand, trust, and return then your product is just a pretty UI.

Community is more than just forums and Reddit posts.

It is product growth, converting events into scalable machines, driving product excellence and turning your users into advocates.

We need more non-STEM people in tech.

The industry needs better translators, operators, storytellers, and customer brains.
